On June 23, 2020 I ordered a pizza. I picked it up and was charged $21.85. However, my credit card was charged $26.85. I called the business and they told me that they would mail me $5. However, this has not been received as of today. I called the business back on 7/27/2020 and they proceeded to hang up the phone on me twice when all I did was ask for my $5 back.

Billing Adjustment I want my $5 back and I want an apology. I would also like to know that they don't practice this way on a regular basis.
