These are great people to work withThey do an excellent job for a great price
When I purchased a new commercial building in Indianapolis and needed a new concrete lot poured, we searched google and found Benchmark Concrete. The owner was enthusiastic and quoted the project with the ability to pour 7000 sq/ft in three days. He asked for half of the payment up front in the amount of $13,600. We wired the money and he showed up the next day to make the first pour. That's where the positive experience ended. At the end of that day the rental company showed up and took the equipment back. The contractor did not show up for the next week and I continued to call and text him to ask for the schedule. He finally called back and said that he was embarrassed, but needed to ask for more money to order more concrete. I unfortunately sent him more money, totalling $22,600.00. He promised to come back over and over and seemed sincere when he thanked me for giving him a second chance. The only second chance I gave him was a bunch of money for nothing. He has since stopped returning calls and his phone is now setup to not take incoming calls. It's been a month and I have had to hire another contractor at almost twice the price to come in and pour the concrete. This contractor is nothing more than a common crook and scam artist and had I done a better job of vetting him I would have found that there are numerous small claim cases against him for doing the same, just not as large as what we had paid him. We have been forced to file a civil claim to settle this issue and the contractor is non-responsive.

Review: Order a pizza from Pizza Town [redacted], [redacted]. It was one of the worst pizza that we had ever had. We reach out to the restaurant and no one followed back with us. The pizza was half done and was not cooked fully. We requested a full refund and no response. We were traveling thru for one night only and I guest they did not care.Desired Settlement: A full refund mailed to us.
