Review: I called because I did not receive what I ordered. As long as it takes them to process orders, make and deliver them, along with the delivery charge itself, I requested a refund. They insisted that I take a $2 credit or have the food remade. I explained to them from beginning I did not want any of what was sent to me they could pick it up. I even called the driver to pick it up. So their options were not amenable to me and I expect a full refund. $23 for a bacon cheeseburger and fried pickles is a premium so get it right. I was told there was no one to speak to and to write an email. Then they called back with an immutable option from the owner. I truly believe it is because I am black. The two gals on the phone were rude and completely lacked empathy and never once apologized for the mistake or inconvenience. Neither did the owner. I advised I would request a refund through my bank and they said with arrogance well then you do that we will dispute that on our end.Desired Settlement: To refund my money in full. I am not eating this food. I have no desire to eat anything from there, they may spit in it or God knows what..

Response:
The customer had a mistake with her order, we forgot to put cheese on the bacon cheeseburger. She contacted us and asked that we refund her entire meal and for us to return to her residence to pick up all the food she had just ordered as a result of the missing cheeseburger. We offered her a refund for the meal or for us to send her a brand new bacon cheeseburger as a result of our mistake. Ultimately we responded to her various complaints through social media and review sites. Last night we publicly replied on Yelp that we would be refunding her the entire bill onto her credit card. To whom it may concern,
On the opening day of Milwaukee 2015 Pridefest, a gaggle of myself and my friends went into the restaurant. We were dressed up in proud rainbow colors for the festival. As we walked up the stairs a young lady that just got off her shift asked if we were going in to order, and we all responded with a head nod, and her facial expression turned into a sly grin and she said as I quote "Have Fun". We just brushed it off and said thank you. We walked in and met up with a few other friends. My girlfriend and another friend walked up to order a few slices of pizza for us, before heading off to Pridefest. As soon as they approached the counter, a customer cut in line, then the cooks and cashier continued on with rude comments and gestures. They were saying "[redacted] gay people", flipped her off, laughing in her face, and then refused to serve her. Both our friend and my girlfriend immediately came back to the table and explained the situation. We got up and started to leave and you could hear the cooks making rude remarks as we walked out.
