To Whom It May Concern,As the owner of Pizza Roma & Pasta House I am fully aware of this customer's complaintI have been in business over years and I pride my restaurant on the freshness and quality of my ingredientsAs for my staff, they are thoroughly aware of how I expect them to speak
with customersIf there is a customer that continues to call or is disrespectful to my staff and disrupting my business where my employees are unable to provide food and assistance to other customers, they are to involve the police so that it is dealt with professionallyThe cheese, sauce, toppings, and dough is cut and made fresh daily, There were over orders that day and each customer received the same ingredients as did this customer arid there were no other complaintsThe customer was belligerent, called my manager inappropriate names that I will fail to disclose in this statement for the respect of the public, and continued to ask for free food after the complaint had been placedDue to the statement made by this customer, it is quite clear that the customer was adamant for my manager to offer free foodIf there is ever a mistake made on part of my staff or myself, I am more than happy to fix itHowever, I will not reimburse or feed into a matter such as this.Best regards,Lee W***, Owner
