Review: I placed an order, and once the order arrived at our home we noticed that some things were wrong. I called and informed the person answering the phone what the problem was and she turned me over to either the owner or manager. When I told the manager what was wrong he took care of it, which was fine, but I also let him know that instead of one item I no longer had the taste for, I would like to exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. He then went into a rage about how it would be a waste to him to replace my order. I then asked him if the customer is always right, and being that I am paying I should get what I want as a consumer. He then was beligerant and told me that he would no longer deliver to my address, which I find offensive as a customer. I requested my money back for my order since he was rude and the order was incorrect, which he declined.Desired Settlement: I feel that this business needs to review its customer service and retention practices. I would like my money back for the terrible treatment that I received, and for the meal I did not get to eat with my family, but if not I now know not to order from or recommend this business to friends. I highly believe that they did something unsavory to my food also like dropping it on the floor.
