Review: On Nov.15th, I called to place an order with this company. First, I had to double check to ensure this company still delivers as on a previous occassion I called and was informed this company no longer does any deliveries. I was informed that was incorrect information. I tried to place an order with a staffer named [redacted] who repeatedly cut me off, made rude comments, placed me on lengthy holds, and was completely unprofessional.

I also have concerns that this place of business has used staffers whose Englisg proficiency is so poor that they often get orders wrong and avoid answering questions about contacting a manager.Desired Settlement: I'll gladly accept an apology from the owner of this business for the poor treatment received.
