Pizza Hut

It’s getting ridiculous now. The last two times iv ordered online have been disasters. I don’t see anything being done to make me want to order again from Pizza Hut. Iv always ordered from them for years. I ordered 25 dollars worth of pizza and wings yesterday (7/15/2020) for Wing Wednesday and never received order. I called the location twice looking for my pizza 1st call was about 5pm, an hr after it was ordered she said “ he was on his way and that he got detoured Because of a fire In the area” I said “ok cool fine”. 2nd call was @ 6pm, 2hrs after the order was placed the lady said “It was a contactless order and that it was left on the porch”. I don’t have a porch and the pizzas never arrived. I attempted to contact the location numerous times and kept getting hung up on. I was hungry, mad, upset, and have never had this happen before. I spend lots of money here but I won’t be doing so moving forward at Pizza Hut. I will b contacting Revdex.com to discuss this further. It isn’t right taking our money and not making sure the customers is taken care of. Especially this time with the pandemic in place and not wanting to leave the house. You rely on business to deliver and to feed your family. There should be a follow up phone call insuring Pizza was delivered or something. I ended up eating at another restaurant after 3 hrs of waiting for Pizza Hut. Never again!!
