If you order online for pizza guys this store #overcharged for your orderFor example my order came to $and they charged my visa three timesThere corporate office said it would take business days to correct itThis isn't a way to do business

Business states that they have contacted consumer directly and made them aware that they will be issuing them a refund. The check is in the process of being delivered and they shall be receiving it promptly.

I am very sorry to hear you have contacted the store three times and was unable to reach the store manager to resolve this problem. We do keep a list of residents who do not wish to receive our advertising materials....

I will make contact with you to get your resident address so you no longer receive our advertising material on your door. I will also train our staff to able to resolve issues like this the first time anyone calls. Sincerely [redacted] Owner

Review: I ordered Pizza & cinnamon twists on sat night, after returning home found pizza & cin twists were wrong. I was only given option of reorder & having to wait again for dinner etc. Second pizza & Cin twists were made same(wrong) & Cin twists were in fact NOT Cin twist but bite size churos and I expressed how I wouldn't have ordered them but picture depicted a diff product & I was told "That's Hollywood for You!" after eating a cpl bites of pizza I knew it wasn't good to eat. crust was hard & it wasn't setting right (still no sauce) It was to late to call. I called Monday ,was told owner wasn't avail so I called again Tues afternoon was told he was away on vacation Then asked for manager & he said in fact [redacted](Owner) was on way to facility & he would have him call me in a cpl hrs. I explained to [redacted] that orders were wrong I had offered everything back minus 2 bites from 1 piece of pizza & it was refused so it went out to garb can but I had 2nd WHOLE pizza here on table (still!) he refused a refund I expressed how that wasn't ok with me since I had 2 bad pizzas plus hard bites I instead of Cin twists, he finally said only refund on what I had(cin twists went to garb when I took out trash) I never even got to tell him how I was sick from pizza & had food poisoning from it. When I took the Pizza back to him,as ordered to get the refund, He wouldn't look at me or talk to me he looked in box & then into reg. I was only given a partial refund when I explained that wasn't what I paid he told me that's all I will give you & don't come back. I explained that I paid $24 for my order and $15 he gave me wasn't right and he walked away. I left & will no longer be a patron of this pizza store. He wasn't concerned with anything, quality, customer service & did not care about the matter in slightest, he simply got angry about a refund because I did NOT want store credit after having dbl order of prod wrong & making me sick~I was SHOCKED!

I would like the total of my purchase refunded..NOT what the owner felt I had coming back as a return. I did not go to hospital & you cannot put an amount or cost from being sick over 24hrs, which caused me to miss my child's birthday. Although, I would also Like an apology in writing.

Review: I have contacted by phone this business three times asking that advertisement not be left on my porch or shoved in my door. While I was gone this past weekend, another flyer appeared in my door. This is a dead give away that no one is home. Thieves have been hitting my area and I don't want the fact that I'm gone to be known. You would think by now this problem would have been solved. Each time I've asked for and talked with the manager, but to no avail.Please help.Desired Settlement: Please contact this business and ask them to stop their practice of leaving advertisement flyers at my property.

Review: I placed an order that cost 41.82 last month and a few days ago the pizza wasn't what I ordered I repetitively told [redacted] the manager that I wanted bbq sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce ...The manager took my order she was very un professional and rude and was so much in a rush to get me off the phone.She didnt get my order right she told me my food was going to be at my house at 10:15pm they didnt come until after 10:45 when my food got there I knew it wasnt what I ordered the food was dry,hard and nasty and looked as if it was left out for a long time it also didnt have the bbq sauce on it.I called the manager she immediately got an attitude and told me she was getting ready to go home it was getting ready to be closing time.I told her ma 'am my order wasnt right this isnt what I ordered she told me she did the order in it was right.She told me quote on quote "since she got my order wrong on my next order I can get half off my order".I called her today and she said she never said anything like that and didnt even talk to me...Are you serious I just talk to you the day before...Anyways a month ago I ordered the same thing 2 large pizzas with bbq sauce on it instead of the bbq being under the toppings it was thrown on top of the pizza...I would like my refund of $41.82 for not being what I orderedDesired Settlement: I would like my refund of $41.82 and I wont be ordering from this pizza guys location again

Review: On November 23,2013 I made a pizza order online like I have done many times with Pizza Guys in my home town of Antioch CA. To make the order online I always use my user name and password. I make my order and its always delivered to my house on time. Well on the 23 of November I order a pizza online and the order was process. My receipt was made available to print after the order. I wanted to make a change on one of the pizzas and I notice the address for the business said Roseville CA. I immediately called my pizza guys and ask what had happen with my order being sent to another business. They told me they did not know why and to call the other pizza guys and cancel my order. So I called Roseville pizza guys and indeed they where shock and ignorant on why my order was sent to them. I told them I would obviously would like to cancel. I was told no problem. employee assured me my refund would be back in my bank account the next day. After two days no refund was credited to my bank account. I spoke to another gentlemen I believe his name was Mike and he assured me within 15 days no longer I would have my refund. Well its really frustrating to ask for your money back and being assured multiple times that it will be there. They had a problem with there web page and I have to pay for it. My pizza order was made on 11/23/2013 for the amount of $53.16 which to me is not a lot of money to put there business with a bad reputation. Desired Settlement: All I want is my refund. No pizza was made from Roseville pizza Guys. And please no more refund promises from them.

If you order online for pizza guys this store #138 overcharged for your order. For example my order came to $33.69 and they charged my visa three times. There corporate office said it would take 10 business days to correct it. This isn't a way to do business.
