Pizza By Molino's

I issued a check to the complainant in the amount of $15.00 which was what he was charged for the pizza.I looked back in my bank account and see the check was not cashed. If this was an oversight I will issue a new check or I am not sure if he did not cash it as a refusal of my offer to settle this isssue since it was not the 27.19 he requested.

consumer filed duplicate complaint:  Greetings: I picked up a large Antipasti no olives and a small pizza cheese/pep/mush. The pizza was burnt and tasted like crap. I was too p/o to call back yesterday. Someone had to pull the pizza, slice it and close the box. A few weeks back on consecutive Fridays personal pizzas with 5 wings, no blue cheese. I know my $100.00 a month makes no difference to your bottom line but I work hard for my money and not a happy camper. Some QC would be nice. [redacted] [redacted] The resolution was to send me a check and that never happened. Its now a matter of principle. I f I do not get my $27.19 refunded to me I am doing a charge-back or filing a small claims case against them for my refund. I have not received a check as stated by the business. Once I have received the refund payment I will consider complaint ID [redacted] a closed issue as well. Regards,
