I issued a check to the complainant in the amount of $which was what he was charged for the pizza.I looked back in my bank account and see the check was not cashedIf this was an oversight I will issue a new check or I am not sure if he did not cash it as a refusal of my offer to settle this isssue since it was not the he requested
