To whom It may concern,lm writing this letter regarding as a Pizza Bolils store managerIn 9/11/at: 10:pm I got order from the customer about $I was the person who took that orderThe customer call me at ll:50pm and he said that Pizza sauce was not good and he fell sick, Then, I told him I sold the pizza sauce whole day long and I didn't get any complaint about the pizza sauces, Then he changes the topic and was saying that the marinara sauce is not good which was given on the side as customer request, I told him if you want I can send another marinara sauce for you, But he was arguing with me and was saying it doesn't work for himAs a customer service I can give you another pizza If you wantBut he didn't say anything and hang up the phone,On 9/14/Thursday the customer call in the store again and was asking for free pizza to be delivered to his houseMy employee refuses gently and mentioned that he is not the one who can take this decision as the manager is not in the storeThen customer start arguing with him and asking for resund money, my employee told him he can't refund until the manager permission, he also told that you can call tomorrow and talk with my store ManagerAfter that the customer start yelling and using bad word languages and telling my employee why he can get free pizza or refund money, He was calling so many time to the store, He also spoke With another employee and he also told him the same thingBut my employee they never used any abusive violent language with the customer.Sincerely,Pizza Boli's ManagerJancs L***
