There is not one instance where Mr [redacted] called me directly regarding the meeting In my email to him addressing his issues, he had my direct line and email to contact meAfter his emotional email, it was clear Mr [redacted] didn't have an open mind in regards to meeting I am still happy to meet and try and resolve all issues he seems to have I have already offered to credit his business cards Even though he has taken possession of them In regards to the signs, if he would like to meet to discuss the issues with the signs and discuss a possible resolution on that, I am willing to do so as well Please have him contact me directly at [redacted] to discuss a meeting

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have waited now weeks again for this alledged "meeting" he
wants to haveI Also inquired with Mike WHY he wants to meet and even
attempted to call him to schedule a timeI find it fascinating that
Mike is eager and willing to contact you AFTER I have lost thousands of
dollars in work. Yet, he has yet to contact me directly onceInstead -
he creates a frivolous bill for work I did NOT want and did NOT
approveThe business cards are wrong beyond that just paper as I made
his staff member Steve aware ofIn the text I sent and attached initial
documents showing "I did not want the cards" and I would GLADLY return
them at any point he sought fitBut, him, nor his team would reply to
any of my calls/emails/texts(See attached screen shots). See
all attached documents as well as the correspondence where I ask Mike
where and WHY he wants to meet after costing my business thousands in
lost moneys. Noting- He has changed his estimate for work
to be done and completed times now as I have invoices ranging in text
message from his staff saying a range of $35~ to now over ~120. Keep also
in mind- I have been trying to call Mike and his team for OVER months
to have this work completed /edited/ and done properly. HERE IS THE COMPLETE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE ASKING FOR A MEETING: see library attachment

Mr. [redacted] was a very difficult customer to satisfy.  In the 16 years since we have been in business, we have had very few complaints.  And even fewer that couldn't be resolved in a face to face meeting.  I heard about Mr. [redacted]'s dissatisfaction, and emailed him on September 5th to...

schedule a meeting to review his complaints.  I believe Mr. [redacted] is upset because I instructed the sales rep that handles his account, to let Mr. [redacted] know we no longer wanted to do business with him.  His expectations were unreasonable given what he had supplied our organization to produce his signs and business cards.  There were countless changes to the proofing process.  So in the end I made the decision that this was not a customer we wanted to work with. The credit card receipt that Mr. [redacted] shows is for the two invoices that I have attached (invoice [redacted] & [redacted])  He took possession of these items, and as far as I know he is using them.  Shouldn't he be obligated to pay for what he took possession of and is using?  As for the business cards, he chose the stock in which we printed the cards (invoice [redacted]), and then complained about the paper after he picked them up.  He to is in possession of these cards, without payment.  I clearly think this is a case of the customer wanting more than what he is willing to pay for.  In addition to this poor review, he also gave us a very poor review on Facebook. I would appreciate it if you dismiss this complaint, I will unwillingly issue a credit against the business card order for $125.69, and ask that Mr. [redacted] remove the facebook posts and rescind his BB complaint.  I have attached the invoices along with a time stamp of how long the one sign order took, less than a month, and he is claiming is was 2 months  Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions or to discuss.  Mike [redacted]  Owner [redacted]
