Their clothes style are nice but for prices near the 100s you would expect great material. But wen I receive the items the materials blah and stitching on some items are pretty bad..I was hoping to really love it because it's not cheap that's why I decided buy from them instead Korean stores. I didn't wanna go through the trouble of returning it to them. But I will not order from them again ThtS for sure
Review: I purchased an item from the website ("Pantera Sweater") and in the pictures, it seems as if this sweater has an embellished right cuff. The embellished cuff is the same color and width as the other side and is pictured in both the front & back photo of the garment. In the other two photos where the sleeves are rolled up, the cuff is not shown. It seems as if this embellishment is part of the garment and not a separate item. I purchased this item because of this special cuff, but when I received it in the mail, it did not have the embellishment. I contacted their customer service and asked for a prepaid mailing slip so that I may return this item for a refund. Their return policy states that they do not provide the return postage, but I felt that I had bought this item under false pretenses and should not have to pay to send it back. They responded via email saying that their picture was not misleading at all. I then proceeded to call the customer service number to talk to someone in person and explain my reasoning. They responded saying that they were "offended that I feel this way" and that they would not provide the return postage.Desired Settlement: I have already returned this item with my own postage, but would like an apology from the business as I feel I've been wronged. As a loyal customer who has purchased many things from there, I feel extremely disappointed and offended about their response to my complaint.

We acknowledge [redacted]'s concerns regarding her purchase on our website, we refunded the sweater she returned plus the shipping she had to pay to get her order and we went ahead and refunded the sunglasses she had also purchased with this order but kept so this will be a gift from us to apologize for the misunderstanding, we do hope this will resolve this matter.
