I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI accept the year credit as a resolution to my complaint At least, I was able to recover some of what was taken from me and I did receive it as a bill credit It still amazes me that this billing practice is allowed to occur I must reiterate that I never signed up for this program and I encourage others to not sign up for paperless billing and to review your bill every single month with a fine tooth comb This practice is what I have been doing from here forward
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However misleading as to time frames and what really took place, after 6 weeks of back and forth it took a complaint to the Revdex.com got get them to respond. Hopefully they will improve this for future customers .
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I never agreed to this settlement. Someone spoke to my father, Not me! My father is listed on the account but I am authorized as well and I never agreed to the refund amount and I never even got the refund. I don’t understand why I was offered half of what I was forced to pay. I want the full amount back. We shouldn’t have had to pay a dime to have our furnace cleaned when the furnace would not run without it being cleaned. Therefore that’s not maintenance! That’s fixing something that’s broke and we pay every month for a service that’s pretty much a scam! And whoever wrote back to the Revdex.com from pivotal is a liar because I never spoke to anyone and agreed to anything! My father does not live at this address, my father did not pay to have the furnace fixed and my father does not pay the monthly bill. So I agreed to nothing and I never got a refund in the first place. I asked for a full refund and that’s what I want!
