Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no one has called me at all!!!!!! I have a call log and voice mail no one ever reached out unless I called th company myselfAll that was in the drawer was baby socks in one and panties in the otherNothing was over stuffed stop lying!!!! You offered to have a repair man come to my house for the second time! I said no I'm fed up I want new drawers as I was promised, out of anger I said I will bring them down basically to toss them on your counter and make a sceneI decided to open this complaint insteadI have insurance for years on this setI shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have your cheap furniture fixed or replacedThis is unacceptable!!!!!! We have agreed to change her mattress and have called her or times to make an appointment to do soShe has not got back to usOn problem with drawers on bunkbed she overstuffed the drawers and it crackedEven though it was her Fault we asked her to bring the drawers to the store and we will
repair them

All that was in the drawer was baby socks in one and panties in the other. Nothing was over stuffed stop lying!!!! You offered to have a repair man come to my house for the second time! I said no I'm fed up I want new drawers as I was promised, out of anger I said I will bring them down basically to toss them on your counter and make a scene. I decided to open this complaint instead. I have insurance for 2 years on this set. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have your cheap furniture fixed or replaced. This is unacceptable!!!!!!

WE WILL EXCHANGE THE MATTRESS. IN REFERENCE TO THE DRAWERS OUR POLICY IS AS LONG AS IT IS REPAIRABLE WE WILL REPLACE THE BOTTOM OF THE DRAWERS. SHE CAN CONTACT US FOR THE EXCHANGE OF THE MATTRESS AND OUR SERVICEMAN CAN CONTACT HER TO DO THE BOTTOM OF THE DRAWERS.
