Pittsburgh Sealers Asphalt

Review: Was approached over the weekend by [redacted] of Pittsburgh Sealers offering to apply driveway sealer to my asphalt driveway. He indicated he had leftover material from a previous appointment and would make me a deal and gave me a 2-year warranty on his work. I agreed and he returned the following Monday to perform the work. The day [redacted] chose to do the work was a chilly, damp Monday with some showers in the area. He assured me that his sealer had a hardener that would protect it from showers, however I should call him if it rained hard within a few hours. [redacted] also reminded me of his 2-year warranty promise. He finished the job and I paid him the money as agreed, even $20 off for payment in cash. 3 hours later we received not just one, but several heavy downpours. I looked at the driveway and could see the sealer washing down the drain with rainbow swirls. I called [redacted] immediately on the number he provided and he answered. I explained the situation with the rain and he agreed that he would just need to come back out and re-seal the driveway. Since that conversation, I have not heard from or seen [redacted]. I have called the same number he left me at least once each day and only get to leave him messages on his voicemail. No return calls or showing up to follow up on his "warranty" and his word of reapplying the driveway sealer.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $250 I paid for the work done. The driveway is worse than before because I now have bare spots and streaks where the sealer washed off.
