Pittsburgh Lock & Key

Review: I needed locksmith services to open up my car door. The first complaint is that, despite them saying a technician would call me within five minutes and be at my car within 30 minutes, I was called at 26 minutes and the technician arrived at my house in 1 hour 27 minutes. Then the technician took about 15 minutes to unlock my car, but only after I showed him how to do it.Then, a few weeks later, I was driving in the rain and noticed the door that was unlock was leaking water. I investigated and saw that the door was warped right wear the technician put the inflatable bag thing.Now comes the worst part. As soon as I noticed, I called Pittsburgh Lock & Key to complain. I called countless times over the next several weeks and was repeatedly told that a manager had to help me, but the manager was not there. They repeatedly "took my information" and was informed that I would be called by a manager. I was never called.Finally, I reached a manager a month after I started calling. She told me that it was their responsibility and I could not prove that the warped door was their fault because I called 2 months after the service. (Coincidence? Probably not) I then asked for their insurance information and that I would just file a claim. She told me that I could not have their insurance information and it would fall on the technician's insurance since it was contracted labor. She "forewarded my information" to the technician, but I have never recieved a call. Again, I continue to try calling and get "the manager is not available" line, over and over.This is poor costumer service and I would question if this is fraud on the part of Pittsburgh Lock & Key. All I want is to get my door fixed and the party at fault to pay for the damage they caused.Desired Settlement: I would like for my door to be fixed. I would like Pittsburgh Lock & Key or their contractor to settle the cost of this repair. I would also like a full refund given the time and effort I have put into trying to resolve this issue.
