I usually don't take the time to post reviews, good or bad, but this place needs to be shared! I can't think of a better place I'd like to go for lunch, dinner or just about any kind of entertainment. This place has it all. It seems this place is very clean, very well managed, thought out, with a specific goal in mind. Not just providing more than exceptional food, but providing an experience. The wait staff was pleasant, efficient, and on top of everything (even with what looked to be a full house) My wife enjoyed the Gouda Mac n Cheese, I had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo, my daughter polished off a plate of angel hair pasta (she says its the sauce that makes it), and my son loved his hand battered chicken tenders. Portions are very generous and priced just right. It would be safe to say that the PBO Roadhouse isn't the cheapest place in town, but is by no means expensive.
