Dear Sirs,

RE: Pitt's Garage and Auto Service
For the past 18 to 20 years I have been doing repairs to Mr. John Hain's (1991 Plymouth Laser).
Recently I have been picking up his vehicle and delivering it back to him , because he legally blind.
I have never once charged him any Fee's for this service. I picked up his vehicle for a heater core
replacement, Due to a water leak on the floor. I replaced the heater core at less than 50% of what other
Garages would have charged. , after finishing the job, I returned the said vehicle back to him, once
again no delivery or pick up charges.Mr Hain paid his bill and a few days later he called to tell me
his drivers side car seat would not move forward and turn signals did not work. Just noting
both things that he said did not work had nothing to do with the heater core replacement. So I picked up the car for free once again, when I got it to my shop, I found that the release latch under the drivers side seat was rusted
in half. I removed the seat and repaired it. I the checked the turn signals to find that it had a faulty switch
that is electrical and they very commonly need replaced. Mr. Hains car is 22 years old , I could not
get a new turn signal switch , I was told it was discontinued. I then found a used one after calling many salvage yards.
I found the part 2 days after the letter came from Revdex.com. I have been very kind to Mr. Hain throughout the years.
There has never been a complaint against my business in the 30 plus years I have had my business.
I told the lady I talked to previously at the Revdex.com; that at this time I would like Mr. Hain to pick-up his vehicle
immediatly. I will not even charge him for the seat repair. , I will not repair his turn-signals or any other repairs
in the future.
Sincerly, Duane A. Pitt
