The issue involves the purchase and install of solar panels at my primary residence for a total of $25, In April 2018, an initial progress payment in the amount of $3,was made for the site drawings In May 2018, a second progress payment was made in the amount of $12,for the permit approval and purchase of materials Our understanding was that the install would occur in early June The site drawings and permit have been approved However, to-date the solar panels have not been installed As a result, $16,($3,+ $12,686.25) has been paid to Powerville and I no solar panels have been delivered or installed at my residence I have been in contact with Powerville and were informed that the delay was due to the wrong solar panels being ordered and that it has taken some time to obtain the correct ones Powerville has continuously pushed back the date of install but at the moment there is no set time-frame My last contact with Powerville was appr
