company, require a minimum of delivery a yearThe last delivery made to this account was on March 2, 2015, making it subject to our rental fee as follows:“Minimum Purchase Requirement: Customer agrees to purchase a minimum amount of propane annually, based on the tank size providedShould the customer’s propane consumption be less than the minimum, customer may be charged a Tank Rental Fee of $a month.” We offered to give her extra time to pay, to which she refused and stated she “would be looking around for a new company”Once our tank was collected on September 23th, the account was credited accordingly for the remaining product
