[redacted], she was asking for $1250.00 for purchase of a 2000 [redacted]. Our records indicate she did not purchase said vehicle from our place of business, it was a person to person sale between herself and the owner of the business, Brian F[redacted]. The vehicle in question was being sold "AS IS" and [redacted] forged all paperwork for title of vehicle. The agreement for vehicle was for $900.00 made in two payments first being for $750.00 which was received 5 days after [redacted] stole vehicle. Second, payment of $150.00 was never received. We would like to settle this matter, we are requesting police report from the accident [redacted] states she was involved in, any insurance claim opened from accident. Also, we request pictures of damage along with current pictures of vehicle, copy of estimate from shops she had vehicle looked at, and any supporting documentation.
