Yes, I was contacted by this business -- and yes, we may have reached a successful resolution However, until they have successfully shipped the product in question here (a dress) to me, this complaint with Revdex.com cannot be fully closed out yet In the interim, thank you for your help with this matter It appears to be resolved now

I want Revdex.com to assist me in obtaining two (2) things from Pitkin County Dry Goods: (i) to honor its original price commitment to me of $for this item, and (ii) to publicly acknowledge -- and cease and desist from -- it's blatant "Bait and Switch" tactics on all future customers (after it fully and amazingly admitted to me yesterday [above] that it would NOT honor its admitted earlier pricing)
