A building inspector came out to Mr. [redacted]'s and approved the work we had already done. Mr. [redacted] refused to let us continue. We billed him for cost of the permit, equipment rental, labor, material and disposal fees, which amounted to $2,000. ...

The Revdex.com recieved Pitcher Perfect's response on 09/11/2015. They stated that they would be sending us a refund of $1000. We still have not recieved any of our money back. When we fired them back in June we offered them $800. Mr. Pitcher balked at that. So we asked for a written statement as to what he thought the work was worth. We received the statement at the beginning of July stating the same thing: $2000 for everything that was done and a reimbursement of $1000. No check was inclosed and we are still waiting.

The windows were installed on November 19, 2015 and I am satisfied with them. We did encounter some concerns before the installation. The owner called on Nov. 9 to state windows would be installed on Nov. 16. A few days later, the business manager called to say they would be here on Nov. 17. He did not know the owner told us Nov. 16. On Nov. 17, they called to delay because it was raining. He then said it would be Nov. 18. They did not arrive on Nov. 18 and did not call. When I called in the afternoon, I left a message which they did not return. On Nov. 19, they did call to say they were on their way.

control happen. Sunroom's are all custom built to the homeowners likes and preferences and take time to produce. All of the parts and pieces to the sunroom were ordered. When they arrived they were inspected and it was discovered that some of the items had been damaged in shipping. We had to again order the whole room and are still waiting for it to finish production so that we can install it at the customers home.

this company has not communicated with me in any way- I want a copy of when and where the windows were ordered and a delivery invoice proving windows actually were ordered and when to expect delivery. And a copy of the damaged windows return copy. It has now been 7 months on this sunroom- I could have built a whole house. A timely manner is NOT 7 months. Again this company has disappointed me- now Christmas is coming and no sunroom for my family to enjoy. I am so upset . I want my 20,000.00 back to I can find some one to finish it before my birthday in MARCH. I was told the whole project would take 6 weeks back in april not 7 months. I am looking for a lawyer to sue them for my money back. plus attorney fees and my emotional head ache. They HAVE until Dec 1 to contact me or I'll have a lawyer contacting them- when is enough time- Again this is not a reflection on [redacted] the builder That man is wonderful. [redacted] and Scott Pitcher should be in jail. I pray every day they do not file bankruptcy- and I'm out alot of money. I thank you Revdex.com for your help and please just make Pitcher Perfect to be held accountable for their product and services. LIKE I told my husband just yesterday I did not order stain glass windows from the vatacin coming from Italy. If Pitcher Perfect cannot fill this order please write me a check for my $20.000.00.

I filed a complaint against PITCHER PERFECT with you this past fall- I think it's on your website for Dec 3- My husband bought me this sunroom for our 25th wedding anniversary this past Aug11. We bought the room April 24- 2015 I gave these people 25,000.00 $$$$$$$ and really still owe them another 5 which they will never get from me- Their contractor Gale Martin ( who did a wonderful job ) framed the room 24x12 in Sept... IN late Aug I wrote [redacted] Pitcher a check for $20,000.00 to cover the windows - siding and finishes. Nothing- I have called no answer- emailed themno answer- Scott Pitcher did call me in late Dec and said I will get my windows ordered Jan4 another lie-nothing.
a friend sent me this article this morning. Can you help me? - Scott did repile to my charges to you the Revdex.com and said the order was placed and came in damaged- I called the window company - another lie- the windows were never ordered. I just want my 25,000 back so I can find someone to finish this job.
