Pitbull Construction

I hired on Pitbull Construction in September 2017 to do a small job of an underhanging fascia siding to cover the small deck at my condo. I was clear that the purpose was to prevent rain water from leaking onto my deck porch. After charging me $500 for the work and ensuring me that it will not leak - it indeed is leaking after the first rain of the season. I’ve called the owner - Chris W, he has shrugged me off and said that there’s nothing he can do about it. I reminded him that this was the purpose of the job and he continued to simply state that there was nothing that could be done and he will not come to repair his shoddy installation. He fully understood that leak prevention was the purpose of the work that he was to perform.
I am not going to confront him further but I believe that he should stand behind the work that he performs.
