Review: I've been calling for two months in order to havr someone do a walk through of thr apartment I moved out of in early december. No one is returning my calls and when I do get through to someone they're rude and nasty. The [redacted] hung uo on me in thr middle of a conversation. And the agency is a slum lord as well. The building I'd dirty and unsafe. The only time I heard from thesepeople was when it came time to collect the rent.Desired Settlement: I'd like for an agent to do the walk through so I can return the keys and get the security deposit deducted fron the balance I owe which is up until december 2013
