After asking several times for a tracking number or estimated arrival dateI was given the same explanation as to why US postal doesn't provide one for the type of mail that was sentWhich was find but I didn't understand why the company refused to give me the date it was shipped from their facilityAll the dodging lead me to believe that my money was taken and I was being ripped offWhen my order finally arrived I took it out and proceed to applie it to my pumpkin Every time I tried to remove the decyle from the white backing it would either leave most or part of the imageAfter expressing my concern to the supplier and asking for my money backThey the the called me an"absolute m
n"And telling me to pass off and it wasn't their I "*** up" the decyle
Ordered a decal August 2,and never received it but the money was taken from my paypal accountNumerous emails sent with order number asking for either a refund or the decalA month later get an email asking for order#Sent it AGAINFiled a case through paypal and then I get an email saying what's the order number like times...very rude in my opinionSo I send it again and I get an email back saiying, amd I quote, "you already got your refund so p*ss off"Paypal has no refund processedLuckily it is a small sum so not worth any more of my time Also, they had said they didn't see any emails from me...so rude and unprofessionalI bought a decal awhile ago and it came fast and I LOVE it! So that is why I ordered another one.And I saved every exchangeSteer clear of this company if you value good customer serviceAnd judging from the other review, it seems to be a patternRight down to the" p*ss off "language used
