work was to his satisfaction. He has even told us several times the job was what he wanted. It was the next day the Mr. [redacted] complained of the price even with giving him to the price upfront. We have flatrate pricing so we are able to give a price before the work is completed. Once Mrs. [redacted] complained, a service manage went out to talk with him and gave him a refund of $75. This was approved on July 15th. This is something that Mr. [redacted] agreed to.
Our labor price comes from paying our techs a very good salary, offering them health insurance and 401K match. Our techs are also equipped with reliable transportation, fully stocked vans (so the work can be done on the spot), with uniforms. Technicians go through 3-4 years of schooling to become well trained and to preform quality work. We also have a full office staff, to support these techs. They are also paid well with benefits. They help us answer the phones at night and weekends, so our customers can talk to a Pippin Employee and not an answering service. Our hourly rate gives us the ability to stand behind our work and offer warranties and guarantees that most companies can't even come close to offering.
