I paid for a an workshop at The Catalyst Fitness in Concord, Ca, Sta, February 22, 2020. I received a
ticket and proceeded to the venue for the event scheduled from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. Upon arrival the Fitness staff she was unaware of the event and that noone had showed. She sms ed the organizer, *** and there was no response. I waited but no information was forthcoming. If you sell a ticket to an event and you do not show or cancel, reschedule or make arrangements with the attendees, you have committed fraud. I messaged *** on linkedin and have received no word.
In order to stop this type of online fraudulent advertising, I am making a formal complaint.
I hope to hear from you about what actions are taken with this type of fraud.
