I was referred to Pipe One by a coworker who also had a great experience with John. John performed a sewer scope on a house we are under contact for the SW Denver area. He did an awesome job and I would recommend him to anyone!
John identified three issues: (1) bad lag bolt on the toilet he used for sewer access, (2) a bad toilet sweep, and (3) the cast iron pipe separation with root intrusion.
He also included a video for us as well so that we can easily share it with a repair shop. John was well prepared and did an awesome job. I would hire him again for sure!
