PIP Management

I inquired about a property in Lancaster using Trulia. After submitting my contact information a representative from PIP Management name Carrie contacted me to view the property. She explained all the income qualifications being 3.5 times the rent. I gave her a income amount over the phone and she stated that I didn’t qualify. After speaking with my sister who is a Property Manager explained to me that I calculated the amount incorrectly. The property is renting for $1395 meaning you have to qualify monthly making $4882.50. I make $75,400 with my income and other applicants $6283 a month. I reached back out to Carrie to explain that I made a mistake calculating my income she rudely stated to me didn’t I explain to you that you didn’t qualify. I feel l am being discriminated against because you can’t just assume someone doesn’t qualify that’s fair housing your suppose to go with the application process like you would with any other applicant. Very unprofessionally handled and not equal housing.

I am a great tenant I pay my rent on time until now... I have never dealt with a company so ignorant in my life!!!! I have experienced plumbing issues , horrible customer service, mold issues... had an emergency move from my original place I was renting only to get in another bad situation! I moved in absolutely no heat, didn’t have heat for entire month in October, now my ceiling is leaking as I type it’s raining in my place, bath tub was out of commission for three entire weeks my children and I couldn’t bathe properly had to rent hotel. Please check into this business... DO NOT RENT WITH PIP THEY ARE WORSE THEN ***... don’t do it..
