My experience with Lynx Property Services has been very disappointing especially with the communication from its [redacted] , [redacted] whom has been recently replacedI moved in as a tenant sometime in October and had several issues at the startThe property wasn't cleaned by move in and several damaged items on the property had not been addressed by mo(First floor window screen damage (large gashes), broken blinds in the upstairs bedroom, and missing blinds to the upstairs patio door, and unfit drip pans [too large] suited to the stovetop).In addition to the damages, Lynx Property Services had me arrange the cleaning for my own unit the day of move-inThis made my already stressful momore stressful as this should have been taken care of earlier that week After calling the [redacted] I was assured these items would be addressed by move in, which they were notI then submitted multiple requests via the online portal to have these issues a
