We chose to book our vacation with Pioneer Travel in October 2014 for a trip to the Florida Keys in February 2015. Our experience with Pioneer travel was exceptional! The level of professionalism and ease of booking out trip was superb. Not only was everything taken care of before we departed, but it was easily accessible and sent to us electronically immediately. Not only was the service excellent, but [redacted] was also willing to meet with us outside of normal business hours and at a local coffee house. Overall I can't say enough good things about Pioneer Travel and would recommend them to anyone looking for a world class experience.

I have worked with [redacted] long before he started Pioneer Travel and he was always a consumate professional. Just three weeks ago I had a situation arise Iin which I needed an immediate flight to Arizona, and not only did he have the flight confirmation sent within mere minutes, the flight was a direct flight within the hours I had indicated were most convenient. Bonus; the cost was less for a direct flight than "layover flights" for the same airline!
