Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My point I am trying to make is, [redacted] was not told the whole truth about the policyShe was very misled, she thought everything was good with her policy or she would have gotten insurance somewhere elseWhy would she had stayed with a company that would not reinstate her because of her health conditionsBecause she was NEVER told that they did not reinstate herI am not arguing this because of the money, I am going to have to pay for the funeral expenses, but how many other elderly people have been misinformed or misled to believe everything was fineIt just isn't right that the whole truth was not told to my motherElderly people have enough to worry about with the cost of living, do they have to worry about their families having to pay for their death because they were misled? I am rejecting this response because: I need to search for the information on the insurance companyI should have it by tomorrow.

In researching the file, Ms*** was issued a Whole Life policy for $8,on April 15, This type of policy requires premium payments to be paid for the life of the policy at $per month to keep the policy inforce. Our records indicate the premium payments were discontinued in
July of 2012. The terms of the policy provide for the cash value to be used as a loan to pay premiums when the grace period expires without receiving a premium payment. Premiums were paid for several months by the automatic premium loan provision. Letters were mailed notifying Ms*** of the premium loan and advising her to pay the premiums when due to protect the value of her insuranceIn accordance with the policy provisions, when there is not sufficient cash value to pay the next premium due, the remaining cash value is used to purchase as much Reduced PaInsurance as possible. In our letter dated July 18, we notified Ms*** her policy had reduced to $as the amount of the Reduced PaInsuranceOn September 6, we received two months of premiums; however this was after the date of death and in order to reinstate the policy to its full value the company would require a completed reinstatement application and all past due premium payments. A letter and a check for the returned premium payment were sent on September 8, advising of the requirements needed for full reinstatement of Ms*** policy. The company was notified of her death on September 15, The policy benefit is $224.00. We regret that no additional benefits are available We have not received the needed claim requirements at this time. Ms*** may contact our company at *** and select option * for the Claims Department. We will be happy to assist with the claim payment and answer any additional questions or provide documentation regarding Ms*** policy

Revdex.com:The name of the insurance company Pioneer was having me send my payments to is [redacted].    My policy number is [redacted].The company has a Pensacola Fl. address.  They requested 96.24 twenty days from Dec. 23, 2016, but I did not receive the letter in time to do that. I need my policy reinstated or a refund of all monies paid to keep this policy active. Pioneer has been consistently confusing to do business with in the way they reassign different payment offices to receive my payments. It's troubling to worry about not being covered while building up time with a life insurance policy that's intended to pay funeral expenses in the event of death.
