Pioneer Sealers

In August of 2019, Pioneer was contracted to clean, sand and seal the pavers in my driveway and front walkway. Within weeks of completion, the sand began running out of the driveway whenever it would rain, and also track into the garage and house making it necessary to be constantly sweeping and vacuuming to get rid of the sand. On September 13, Pioneer was contacted and came out to redo the job the following week. However the results were the same. We still kept tracking sand in the house and having it wash out of the driveway when it rained. Starting on Oct. 17, I made multiple attempts to have the job redone and was told in one text dated October 24 that they would do a two- step process to ensure we did not continue to lose sand. I agreed to have them do that, but after that, I never heard from them again. I've made multiple calls, sent texts, and emailed the company directly over the past few months, and have not gotten any reply. I am out $750 and still have a driveway that is not properly sealed.
