Pete *** of Pioneer Sales Consulting installed hardwood floors in my home with boards popping up and nails missing in the boards. The entire floor is moving. He sanded the floors and left filler on the floors, and didn’t fill any knot holes on the floor. He didn’t put enough coats of finish on the floor. He installed trim unevenly throughout my home. He didn’t complete the vanity install that was part of our quote. We had agreed to payment terms and he pressured me into paying him early and then didn’t complete the work. The floors need to be torn out and entire project redone. He will not give me any of the money back, $7500.
