After reading on line reviews, I assumed that "100% satisfaction guarantee" meant that, but that is not correctI was told that if the first treatment didn't work they would return to provide follow up treatmentsMy initial treatment was in April which never completely eliminated the antsThey came out a second time, which didn't eliminate the antsI called again and explained the ants were still an issueResponse, "This is why we recommend the pro-active recurring plan" and proceeded to explain that they would charge me for today's visitI would understand if the service they provided had been 6-month ago, but it's been less than months and the ants were never exterminated! As a first time customer, it will be my last time utilizing their services

have to say they gave us a prompt appointment and were on timeEXCELLENT at explaining what they could do and what to expectafter they serviced our house/yard we discovered an area that needed additional attention and again they were prompt in getting here and taking care of the situation with NO additional cost to usfriendly and polite techniciansVERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
