[redacted] is completely voluntary and our clients, should they no longer require our services, are free to leave at any time. As with any service, our results vary from time to time; however, we successfully service thousands of Clients on a monthly basis that results in millions of dollars of savings every month. We strive to work to the best of our abilities and will continue to do so in the future.
Although we do not agree with many of Client's contentions we are happy to report that we have successfully resolved the issues with Client. Client's refund was mailed on August 7th, 2015.
Since the issue has been resolved directly with Client, and Client refund has been remitted, we consider this matter closed on our end. However, if any additional information is required we invite you to reach out to us at any time.

They did not deny their part in the problem. They simply agreed to what I requested as a resolution.

To address some of Client' concerns directly, we must inform that part of our strategy to relieve Client' financial burden is to get accounts to collection agencies - in fact, in the normal course of business this is a normal occurrence that greatly benefits our clients because many collection agencies are able to settle at extremely low rates compared to what is actually owed. Furthermore, upon enrollment in our program, we send out Letters of Representation to Client creditors informing them of our representation and to direct any communication to our offices. Finally, in regards to Client's cancellation request, our office never received the certified letter from Client attorney. Had we received it, we would have abided by Client' wishes and cancelled Client out. At no point did we indicate that we would not attempt to resolve any issues with Client and would gladly have done so prior to receiving the Revdex.com Complaint.
Although we do not agree with many of Client's contentions we are happy to report that we have successfully resolved the issues with Client. Client's refund was returned and cleared on August 4, 2015.

While Pioneer disagrees with the statements made in the Complaint, we are pleased to advise the Revdex.com that this matter has been resolved to the consumer's satisfaction.
We have resolved the clients complaint to her satisfaction.
We are still working on trying to resolve her remaining accounts. However, we do not think this resolution will happen in the next week and her resources are going into active settlements.
In regards to the complainant, Pioneer is reaching out to settle the dispute via a refund.We are more than happy to discuss a refund with the former client, as well as some disparities in our interpretation of the facts surrounding Pioneer's representation. We would be happy to converse...

We are very happy to report that this claim has been resolved to the client's satisfaction, within 2 days of receipt of the Complaint. The client has confirmed that her complaint has been resolved to her satisfaction.

provide excellent customer service to our clients, and we receive a very small number of complaints compared to the number of clients we service. While we are sorry this client felt the need to make this complaint, but we must respectfully disagree strongly with her characterization of the facts she states.
As this matter has been resolved to her satisfaction, we do not wish to exchange in a line by line discussion of her allegations, except to simply make a few points. We thoroughly explain the program to clients before they enroll. As the client states, she initially agreed to a 36 month program, and later requested cancellation after approximately 8 months, less than 25%through the program. During that time she obtained a significant settlement and received many services. She spoke on numerous occasions to more than one of our attorneys and many times with staff people, all of whom who attempted every time, in good faith, to address her concerns.
We thank the Revdex.com for its assistance in resolving this matter.We wish this client well in all future endeavors.

made contact with me to try and come to an agreement and in doing so it has revealed more mismanagement with a settlement that was never presented to me and has since expired with one one of my creditors. We are working towards a resolution however I feel as if we are still far apart on something satisfactory. This issue is not resolved.
