I am rejecting this response because: it took them so long to fix the issue that it did in fact cost my fiancé her online customer service jobI had told them from the very first call it was time sensitive and if not fixed they would cost her our sole source of
incomeShe lost her job yesterday due to pointsEvery time the Internet was down and she was off the phones for longer then minutes she accumulated points toward her job dismissalIt is now going to become a legal issueWe have no source of income at Christmas with kidsAll because they couldn’t provide a service they’re paid forThey did indeed replace the line but weeks after my first initial call (and there were multiple calls)Too little too lateWill be calling a lawyer as they are liable for her losing her job.
