Bought a Suzuki Verona Less then two weeks after having the car I took it to the shop to have a tudone and was told I need to replace the engineThe car is burning a huh amount of oil Although I bought the car as isI still feel very much cheated as I didn't even get to enjoy having a new carbasically almost thrown away as the rep the reward of saling junk cars to customersI have to worry about getting back and fourth to work and saving to get another carI do not ever recommend anyone buy a car from this placePlease note I looked this car over top to bottom side to side, under the carChecked all fluids nothing at all flagged me of any engine troubleI have however been told buy shops the engine needs replaced!!!

In response to the complaint made on a title for a car we sold at Pioneer Used Auto Sales. Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made on titles and we do have to take certain steps to fix them. I do all of my own title work I do not have a title clerk so it does take me a little longer to do...

paperwork, I apologized repeatedly to customer that it did take me longer than I expected to fix title when he came in on Sat Aug 26. I worked the next week diligently and told him I will take to DMV on Tuesday after Labor Day and on that day, I was extremely busy and completely forgot to go to DMV after customer came in I told him I am sorry I did forget and I promise I will go and have tags and title next morning. The next morning, I went to DMV and waited got the tags and title and called customer who said for me to mail them he did not want to pick them up. I took to post office and mailed with next day delivery.Thank you,[redacted]

I still feel very much cheated as I didn't even get to enjoy having a new car.. basically almost 3000 thrown away as the rep the reward of saling junk cars to customers. I have to worry about getting back and fourth to work and saving to get another car. I do not ever recommend anyone buy a car from this place. Please note I looked this car over top to bottom side to side, under the car. Checked all fluids nothing at all flagged me of any engine trouble. I have however been told buy 2 shops the engine needs replaced!!!
