Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After we read the response from Pioneer Auto Glass, we got in touch with Safeco's glass departmentAfter hearing about our issue, they sent an adjuster that agreed that indeed the glass's not the right one and asked us to get it replaced by the Volvo authorized dealer (that already was aware of this issue)In my past email (and phone) interactions with Pioneer Auto Glass, I mentioned to them (and sent a photo - attached) that after our 4th trip to Volvo dealership, and after a number of tests, the dealership mentioned that the glass was after market and needs to be replaced by a glass equipped with a rain sensorPioneer Auto Glass had a copy of this attached document for a while before I contacted Revdex.comThanks for your consideration.Regards, [redacted]
I have spoken with the customer since I told her it required further research. I let her know the windshield installed is the only approved part number by her insurance company and the glass distributor. We went to her residence...
and confirmed it was properly installed. Thank you Pioneer Auto Glass

I expected a clean job that would look like a factory installation. They did shoddy work that left hunks of tar on my car paint, created uneven lines around the glass, and actually removed parts of my car without replacing them. (Those parts were bits of plastic and rubber around the hood that keep water out of the engine compartment.)
I expected better customer service, too. They did little to work with me on a time to visit, and I was ultimately strong armed into leaving the office at midday to meet them in my drive when it worked for them. They really didn't seem to care about my availability.
Finally, I expected honesty. When I called to complain about the quality of their workmanship and the pieces they removed from my car, they never returned the voice messages I'd left. I disputed the charge with my credit card bank, and only then did they ask why, but they did so by sending aggressive text messages to my phone. I ignored those messages, and weeks later they finally called to ask about the charge-back. I listed my complaints about their service, and they ended the call without ever calling back to resolve the issues. When their window for responding to the dispute had nearly ended, THEY SUBMITTED A FALSIFIED RECEIPT TO THE BANK saying I'd signed for the charge! I have a copy of it. That is NOT my signature; I never signed any receipt while they were onsite. This is the very definition of fraud.
