I purchased a $20 pre-paid card for their arcade section and none of the games my kids played were working. I asked the staff why they did not put a sign up that the games were out of order they just shrugged their shoulders. I requested a refund of my $20 card and the [redacted] told me since it was issued by the machine they cannot provide a refund. I feel I was a victim of deceptive practices and false advertising, if they had knowledge the games are not working they should put a sign up to alert customers.
