Pinto Brothers Disposal

Review: We used Pinto Brothers Disposal service for over 20 years and the weekly garbage pickup days are Monday &Thursday. We have chosen to use the 33 gallons black garbage bags instead of garbage cans for over 10 years.

August 28, 2014

-Pinto Brothers' crew did not pick up our garbage

-I called the office to 1) understand why, 2) see if the crew can pick up on the following day since the following Monday will be the Labor day holiday.

(I understand that Pinto Brothers does pick up in the next street, [redacted] on Friday)

-The person answered the phone told me that it was because I didn’t use garbage can regardless the facts that black garbage bags were used for the past 10 years

-She also refuse to arrange a Friday pick-up

-After discussed with my husband, we decided to cancel Pinto Brothers service and called back about 30 minutes later.

-Spoke with the same person. I informed her that we request to stop the service starting September, 2014. Also we request the refund for September since we paid quarterly and Jul-Sept bill was already paid.

-She said OK.

Starting September, 2014 we used another disposal service and the new garbage pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday.

November 21, 2014 We received phone call from Pinto Brothers Disposal with regards to past due balance

November 23, 2014

-I called Pinto Brothers Disposal office [redacted], and was told that we owe the October through December dues.

-I told her that we canceled the service on August 28, and she said we never send a written request on the cancellation.Desired Settlement: Refund the September,2014.
