When printing, we noticed that the text on the end was tight and getting cut off so we fixed the file by moving the tight text inside the border, and then we reprinted the book. We then shipped...

the book via [redacted] overnight to make sure the book was delivered on time for the customer. The customer requested [redacted] 2 day however, we made the change for the book and shipped it [redacted] overnight. We checked [redacted] and they have no tracking. We did indeed ship this order with [redacted] however we have no idea why this book was not scanned in by [redacted]. We are issuing the customer a full refund for their order this morning. We are also reprinting a new board book and we will [redacted] it out to them tonight. We are incredibly sorry to have disappointed this customer.
