Review: Terrible customer service here! My party and I asked for help several times and staff just kept redirecting us. I waited patiently in line to speak to management, but he was too busy socially chatting with other customers. Also, we were charged two times for a pitcher of beer and when showing them our receipts, they said they couldn't reverse the charges. Deeply disappointed.Desired Settlement: To notify others of the challenges with this establishment.

Review: I am a paying cus[redacted] at Strike & was sticken from my rights as a paying cus[redacted]er by egotistical employees. I was unlawfully removed from Pins & Strikes in Elk Grove ca without any without any refund after a unified superiors & staff member by the first name [redacted] presumded I did not wear their bowling shoes. [redacted] blatantly refused to provide me with their company policie stating I couldn't wear my shoes of choice & he refused to provide his last name or last name initial he then walked off in the middle of conversation after requesting that a security guard escort me out. I have proof of purchase of myself & my companions purchase of bowling shoes & I am deeply disappointed in Pin & Strikes unprofessionalism in this manner, not only did they refuse to provide legs policy documentation they refused to provide their full names or titles paying cus[redacted]ers.Desired Settlement: I am embarrassed by the way myself& my guess we're treated by Pins & Strikes employees & I am seeking compensation & an apology.
