Entrusted two clocks to this company for repair One mantle clock had been overwound The large wall clock needed a few minor repairs (new hands mostly) and inspection Was told the mantle clock needed new insides and the other just a cleaning Have tried to contact the store many times, including dropping by during posted hours, but get no response after the first couple of attempts The couple of responses received seemed to be to buy time - lots of time The clocks went into the shop spring I haven't been able to get a response since summer

In May of Charlie picked up my grandfather clock and agreed to sell it in his shop on consignmentHe thought he could get around $for it, it was in good conditionI have a receipt from him stating he has the clock and would sell at my priceI called several times and left messages, my calls were never returnedI moved to Minnesota in June of 2016, so I had a friend try to connect him, when she finally was able to get him, he stated the clock was sold and he lost my addressHe said he closed his shop and financial problems, she gave him my address and phone number and I still have not received payment
