Pinnacle Windows takes customer service very seriously and we were sorry to hear that one of our customers was unhappy. We immediately reached out to him to resolve this issue. This customer’s project is a part of an insurance claim and we learned that the insurance claim process was not
fully discussed with him per our usual procedure. He was unaware that the delay with his job is largely attributable to his insurer and the large number of insurance claims in *** following the severe May hail storm. We apologized to the customer for the miscommunication. The customer wants Pinnacle Windows to continue representing him and to finish his job

I am rejecting this response because: pinnacle windows immediately called me once they heard I was putting in a complaint. The work has still not been resolved. I will not accept the excuse of my insurance being slow. I have been in contact with them and understand the situation 100%. I will be satisfied when the work is completed.
