Pinnacle Roofing

Pinnacle roofing should have started to replace my roof today, 4/8/2019. They were expected to arrive at 7 am. When they didn't arrive on time I had my daughter called Sidney. Sidney called me back and told me that they hadn't finished their job on Saturday and wouldn't be arriving at my home until tomorrow. He said the reason he didn't notify me over the weekend was because he wasn't in the office. Someone from Pinnacle should have contacted me Saturday or Sunday to notify me that they wouldn't be honoring their commitment to start my roof on Monday, April 8, 2019. It shouldn't have taken my daughter calling Sidney to find this out. This is poor business practices. My daughter spoke with Sidney on Friday and at no time did he indicate to her or I that they may not start my roof on time.
