to change due to a list of factors including trafficTraffic in Manhattan during the holidays is unpredictable and most assuredly unavoidableThere are no restrooms on our coachesBecause of this, our box office and audience service staff direct our patrons to use the restroom before boarding the coachIt is also written on our tickets with a suggestion for using the restroom at our partner restaurant’s Time Square locationWe have a strict company policy that anyone who chooses to exit the vehicle will not be granted access back onboardBecause of this policy, we find it hard to believe that anyone on our staff directed you to exit the vehicle while the show was still in progressAgain, we apologize that you had complications the day of your experience with us

The reply states that nowhere does it state we will see Christmas LightsHow come the driver told us that they were just heading to Central Park to see the lights now if there aren't anyIt says it is a "Holiday Theme" when there were not any holiday lights, decorations, reference to holidays , no holiday trivia etc. Why call it "Holiday Edition" at all thenThat is very deceiving They then state they find it hard to believe we were told we could get back on the bus when indeed we were told that by the female tour guideShe said since we were struck in traffic, we could catch back up with the busMy daughter who is years of age did use the bathroom before we left but we were hours into a 1/hour tour and she had to go againThe driver said we would be at least another hour to an hour and a half since she was just heading for the "HOLIDAY" lightsThe whole experience was disappointingTo be told by the company when we called to complain that "someone may get back to you via email" is just poor customer serviceThis was advertisingWe basically went up one side of Times Square and right back down the otherHow is that a "Holiday Edition" tour? I would like a refund of our moneyWe took a tour over to Brooklyn the year before and it was amazingThat is a company that knows how to run a "Holiday" tour
