Pinnacle mailed Ms*** a letter advising of the assignment and providing the validation period upon assignment and left a voicemail on January 11thWe were advised of Ms*** direct payment to our client on January 12thWe spoke with Ms*** on January 17th, left a voicemail for her on January 18th and received a return e-mail on January 18thWe received another direct payment report on February 2nd for the current amount due and closed the account as paid in full.
